We are pleased to announce that in December 2021, we finalized a contract with a customer from Australia for the purchase of a high-performance blister packaging recycling machine. This advanced machine, capable of processing 200-300kg/h, was specifically designed to handle a variety of aluminum-plastic composite materials, including medical blister bags, aluminum-plastic composite boards, and packaging waste. Our state-of-the-art aluminum-plastic separator employs crushing, grinding, electrostatic sorting, and other innovative processes to achieve efficient separation. It is worth noting that our waste medical blister packaging recycling machine, also known as an aluminum-plastic separator, adopts dry physical separation technology, ensuring no waste water, no chemicals, and no pollution.
The customer first discovered our blister packaging recycling machine through a Google search and further explored our products on YouTube, a popular social platform. They were highly impressed with the suitability of our recycling solutions for their specific needs. Subsequently, the customer reached out to our company via phone communication, providing details about their requirement for processing old aluminum-plastic medicine boards. Following a thorough understanding of their needs, our dedicated sales representative recommended the aluminum-plastic separator with a processing capacity of 200-300kg per hour. The aluminum-plastic board medical blister recovery machine is designed to effectively separate aluminum powder and plastic powder from aluminum-plastic composite boards and medical packaging. The recovered aluminum powder can be directly sold to aluminum recycling plants and fireworks factories, while the PVC powder can be marketed as a reprocessed material. The Australian customer finalized the purchase of the aluminum-plastic separator in December 2021, ensuring a processing capacity of 200-300kg per hour.
As per our standard practice, all machines undergo rigorous field testing before being delivered to customers. After successful testing, the machine was shipped from China to Australia, and installation was carried out approximately one month later. The machine is now fully operational and actively contributing to the customer's recycling efforts.
