Three Sets of Aluminum Plastic Separation Machines Successfully Delivered to Colombia

In March 2023, we had the pleasure of securing a contract with a customer from Colombia for the purchase of three high-performance aluminum plastic separation machines. With each machine capable of processing 200-300kg/h, these units were specifically chosen by the customer to be installed at different recycling stations across their multiple locations. The primary goal was to efficiently process various aluminum-plastic composite materials, including medical blister bags, aluminum-plastic composite boards, and packaging waste. Our aluminum plastic separators utilize crushing, grinding, electrostatic sorting, and other advanced processes to deliver optimal results.

Initially, the customer conducted a Google Chrome search to find an aluminum separator that suited their needs. After coming across our product, they recognized its suitability for their specific requirements. Contacting our company through the information provided on our website, the customer explained that they needed to process old aluminum-plastic medicine boards. Following further discussions, our sales team recommended the aluminum-plastic separator with a processing capacity of 200-300kg per hour. This particular machine, known as the aluminum-plastic board medical blister recovery machine, is designed to efficiently separate aluminum powder and plastic powder from aluminum-plastic composite boards and medical packaging. The recovered aluminum powder can be directly sold to aluminum recycling plants and fireworks factories, while the PVC powder can be marketed as a reprocessed material. The Colombian customer finalized the purchase of the aluminum-plastic separators in March 2023, ensuring a processing capacity of 200-300kg per hour.

As part of our standard procedure, all machines undergo rigorous field tests before being delivered to customers. After a successful test period, the machines were transported from China to the customer's recycling plant in Colombia. Following prompt installation, our machines are now fully operational and assisting in the customer's recycling efforts.
