A month ago, our company reached a contract with a customer from Egypt for 2 sets of 200-300kg/h aluminum-plastic separator. Because the client has multiple recycling stations in different locations, he wants to install these two aluminum and plastic sorters in different recycling stations to process waste aluminum and plastic composite materials, including medical blister bags, aluminum and plastic composite boards and packaging. The aluminum-plastic separator can process 200-300 kg of materials per hour, through crushing, grinding, electrostatic sorting and other processes.
The aluminum-plastic separator purchased by the Egyptian customer has completed production and trial operation, and can be shipped now. The customer purchased this machine for processing waste medical blister bags and other aluminum-plastic composite packaging. This machine adopts dry and physical separation method, can process 200-300kgs aluminum plastic composite material per hour. No secondary pollution to the environment.
All machines will be delivered to customers after successful field test. Now the machine has successfully departed from our factory and will soon be sent to Qingdao port for delivery to his recycling station in Egypt by sea.
